So Confused but Pressing On

Following Your Passion.... to me this also means trying to keep up with Social Media, new technology, new phones, new ideas, and the list goes on. We have come so far since the phone booth days, but boy have I got news for you...it's not easy!

Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Blogger, Wordpress, Website, Social Media Examiner, Stumble, Gmail, Email, Benchmark Newsletter, Wineclub, LinkedIn, Tumblr, YouTube, Schoolfeed....OMG!!!

OK...so what's a girl to do?  Calgon...take me away!!! - Take a deep breath...ok, better.  Anyone overwhelmed?  Now I have to decide which of these sites are best for me.

Looking for some feed back here - anyone....?

Cheers,

  1. The minute you can afford to, hire a social media marketer, who can spend all of their time really engaging all of the communities, and pushing your brand. The problem only increases as new products that are capturing people's attention come to market (such as my WineTribe site/app ;]).

As a small business owner, it's pretty tough to do it all. The budget is usually not there to hire a social media person, but it is social media that can have the largest effect on your business, especially for small business owners. What you're doing is great, keep plugging away. Spend time on all of the networks, because it's really probably one of the best things you can do (with exception to showing up with a booth at trade events).

    Good luck!
